Tamara has very kindly tested the
waistcoat for us both general hacking
and in competition. She suggested a
couple of amendments which we have
incorporated. Here is a photo she sent
us of it in use.

Front of Waistcoat

Certified to the European safety standard of EN1150 and carries a CE mark to prove quality of materials.
High quality reflective tape
Two large top pockets which will take a gloved hand and expand in size
Clip next to top pocket and two “D” rings on the other side to attach whistle and compass

Two extra large waterproof zip pockets below. This will keep important things dry
Waterpoof flaps over bottom pockets to stop water getting in through the zips
Easy pull zip openers which means the bottom pockets can easily be opened even whilst wearing gloves
Chunky front fastening zip

Back of Waistcoat

Extra long adjustable tabs which means that the waistcoat will fit a variety of sizes and fit over all types of under clothing. It will remain securely fastened even with full pockets
On the right hand side a gap in the top tape allows a small flashing light or a camera to be clipped on.
Zip pocket below the tabs on the back. It is difficult to use whilst riding and we suggest this is where you store your first aid kit.
